As product designer, I am passionate about optimizing and enhancing the customer experience with innovative and data-driven solutions. I have a strong background in strategy, research, data analysis and experience design, as well as certifications in human-centered design, content marketing, and am currently working on my d.MBA.

I am currently working at Manulife, and am focused on Manulife Vitality, a behavioral insurance program that empowers users to take control of their health and wellbeing through rewards. I work with cross-functional teams to set vision, inform strategy, and guide implementation, using research, analysis, and collaboration. My goal is to create an accessible, user-friendly, and tailored experience that meets the individual needs of all our users in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

I constantly ask "what if?" and play out alternative scenarios to anticipate potential obstacles. This allows me to make informed decisions and develop a clear strategy to guide my design process.

Ideation is another strength that fuels my passion for design. I am fascinated by ideas and love discovering elegant and simple concepts to explain the world around us. I enjoy making connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena and exploring new perspectives on familiar challenges. Ideas energize me and drive my creativity.
