As a designer, I am passionate about optimizing and enhancing the customer experience with innovative and data-driven solutions.

I have a strong background in strategy, research, data analysis and experience design, as well as certifications in human-centered design, content marketing, and have just graduated from the d.MBA program.

Presently, I am working as a Product Designer at Manulife, and am focused on Manulife Vitality, a behavioral insurance program that empowers users to take control of their health and wellbeing through rewards. I work with cross-functional teams to set vision, inform strategy, and guide implementation, using research, analysis, and collaboration. My goal is to create an accessible, user-friendly, and tailored experience that meets the individual needs of all our users in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

One of my key strengths is my strategic thinking. I have a distinct way of sorting through complexity and finding the best route forward. I constantly ask "what if?" and play out alternative scenarios to anticipate potential obstacles. This allows me to make informed decisions and develop a clear strategy to guide my design process.

IDEATION

Ideation is another strength that fuels my passion for design. I am fascinated by ideas and love discovering elegant and simple concepts to explain the world around us. I enjoy making connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena and exploring new perspectives on familiar challenges. Ideas energize me and drive my creativity.

COLLABORATION + COMMUNICATION

I appreciate the unique qualities of each person and focus on understanding the differences between individuals. This allows me to draw out the best in each person and build productive teams by leveraging their individual strengths.
